North Country Public Radio (WSLU FM, Canton NY) ran a story about the New York State bill to prohibit open burning and it's status in the State Legislature, reported by David Sommerstein. Includes background on issue and interviews with key Senators Wright and Bruno. Despite widespread support for this bill, Sen. Wright says he will follow the NY Farm Bureau's recommendation to oppose the bill.
